VIKA Capitol is working on Parcel D within The Yards, located at 1212 4th Street in Southeast DC. This is a new 9-story 218-unit residential building with ground floor retail, including a Harris Teeter grocery store.

We provided surveying and engineering services related to the development. The project required extensive coordination of the multiple design features of the building, ensuring that the building stayed out of the 100-year flood plain and that the adjacent historic wall remained on the edge of the property.
