CITY HOMES AT FORT LINCOLN - EASTERN AVENUE

VIKA Capitol has just recently been awarded the City Homes at Fort Lincoln by The Concordia Group.

This project is a 56-unit 1 ½ over 1 ½ townhouse-style community located in Fort Lincoln. VIKA Capitol is providing professional surveying, civil engineering and landscape architectural services for this BZA project that includes final site plan, erosion control plan, stormwater management plan, landscape plan coordination, individual building plat for building permit, public space permit exhibits, plan processing, DCWASA coordination, construction administration, dry utility coordination, stormwater management as-built, and utility investigation and mapping services.

VIKA Capitol is providing the necessary engineering work to provide minor improvements along public streets, entrances and utility work, as required along all frontages and will prepare the final site grading plans.

1433 T STREET, NW – RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

The 1433 T Street project is an internal rehabilitation of a 3-story (24,000 sf) residential apartment building located in northwest, Washington, DC. VIKA Capitol’s scope of work will include both survey and engineering tasks. These tasks will include a boundary and topographical survey, as well as the design of new utilities (water, sewer & storm), grading and site work to serve the updated residential building.

VIKA Capitol will also coordinate the permit process with the client (Perseus Realty) and the various District of Columbia approval agencies (DDOT, DCRA, DOE & DCWASA).
